Description
English: The RBS building on Foregate Street. The RBS building, formerly Royal Bank of Scotland, stands on the corner of Foregate Street, and Frodsham Street which is on the right. Despite the Elizabethan styling of the building a drain pipe hopper close to its corner is dated 1921 - see 783601. See also 783604
