Español: Este edificio, tiene su valor histórico, pues aquí se celebró la entrevista entre los generales Bolívar y San Martín, ocurrida el 26 de julio de 1822, cuando la casa era una vivienda familiar de propiedad del banquero español Manuel Antonio de Luzárraga y Echezuria. Por ello, en su fachada están empotradas dos placas que testifican el hecho y resaltan la importancia del lugar. |
