This is a rare poster of the motion picture "The Ninth Configuration" from its original theatrical run, as released by Warner Bros. Most posters available for viewing online are from the 1985 re-issue from United Film Distribution, lessening the claim that Warners was the first to distribute this motion picture. This is proof that Warner Bros had involvement in the sales of this motion picture (with the Saul Bass-designed 1972 company logo at the bottom right) before turning it over to the creator, William Peter Blatty.
