Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	Keeping the article page up to date with a recent cover of the magazine from this year. This is the current cover of the Monthly and significant as an Australian publication since Julia Gillard has been a prominent current affairs, political and social topic ever since her renowned misogyny and sexism speech on 8 October 2012.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	There is no free equivalent of this issue cover, so the image cannot be replaced by a free image, their website is the only place I could find an up to date cover of the magazine.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	It is only intended to be used for the Monthly's article page alone, as an up to date representation of the magazine.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	The use of this magazine cover will not affect the value of the original work or limit the copyright holder's rights or ability to distribute the original.
