English: Title: The MacDougal Memorial Chapel in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The chapel, which was dedicated in 1951 and is associated with the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, was built with funds provided by Fort Wayne banker Michael C. MacDougal in memory of his late wife.
