Summary

Description
English: I created this painting during the summer of 06. I have named it The Lord of the Flies. I was in a weird/depressive mood when I painted it, however i like to allow my artwork (most of which is sort of on the "darker" side or macabre) to touch the minds, eyes, soul of the viewer in whatever personal ways of which my work may possibly bring forth some emotions of maybe some inspiration. I have never shared this piece with the world before and I'm sort of nervous about it. I hope that someone enjoys it and if not.. It's a hobby and I am proud of it. Feel free to message me or email me at my preferred email address (contact.vega@yahoo.com)if you have aart of yours you would like to share or any questions. Thanks for looking. Peace//Vega G.~

Other versions I created this. It is oil paint on wood, not a canvas. It's one of a kind and no prints exist, nor have I ever shared this piece online before.

I am new to Wikipedia submissions and I have never shared my artwork online. thhis seems like the perfect place to start. I really hoppe that I placed the correct copy-right tag giving you guys permissions. I'm still getting used to all of these codes. Anyways- I am Vega. I'm 25 years old. I live in the midwestern USA. i paint, sew, draw, collage, dabble in fashion (err eccentric) fashion design, and I write poetry but the mood has to be absolutely right for me to pour it all properly. I am more a visual artist than anything else and have put together a few extremely small Performance art shows for friends. Most of my art is of the macabre and/or psychedelic. I create as a form of self expression/healthy outlet of my feeligs, but it is mostly a hobby. I have no idea what else to place in the "additional info" box. I suppose I invite you all to email me or come on over to my profile on wikipedia and say hello if you wish to speak with me for any reason. (even to help me out with umm learning all of the benefits and fun of Wikipedia!) That's all. Peace!//Vega~Template:Art by Vega
