English: DART train crossing Lower Gardiner Street bridge on the Loop Line, Dublin. The Loop Line was opened in 1891, linking Amiens Street (now Connolly) and Westland Row (now Pearse) stations, allowing through running between the Great Northern and Dublin and South Eastern railways. It is elevated for its entire length. An IÉ 8100 Class electric multiple unit forms the 19.10 DART train from Howth to Bray.
