English: The Hilly Fields The Hilly Fields is dotted with signs telling of the history of the site. The one in the picture tells of how King Cunobelinus who ruled his kingdom from 5 to 40AD had his mint here on the Hilly Fields. It was well a well defended with earthworks and ramparts.
