DescriptionThe Great Court at Trinity College - geograph.org.uk - 1291695.jpg
English: The Great Court at Trinity College Scene of the Great Court Run when an attempt is made to run the 341 metres around the court in the 43 seconds that it takes to strike 12 o'clock. By tradition, students attempt to complete the circuit on the day of the Matriculation Dinner. The feat was recreated in the film 'Chariots of Fire' although filming actually took place at Eton College.
