Summary

Description
English: The Garth (Nos 1-43), block of flats in the Saxton Garden Flats on the edge of the Richmond Hill area of Leeds, West Yorkshire, England. The image was taken on the Evening of Thursday the 2nd July 2009, at which time the flats were undergoing redevelopment by Urban Splash as 'city centre flats'. This block had not yet been reached and at the time of the image being taken is still inhabited by council tennants.
