Description
English: Cover of The Conchologist’s First Book, purported to be written by Edgar A. Poe, though the majority of the work was taken from a book by Prof. Thomas Wyatt. Published in Philadelphia by Haswell, Barrington, and Haswell, 1839. First edition. See also an interior page from the second edition here. Note: Adjusted for brightness/contrast and some color touch-up.
