ric elands. Report of Three Unusual Abdominal Cases 607 Radiographic Diagnosis. Mesentericcyst. Operative Findings. Operation by Dr.J. H. Breyer. At operation a multilocularcyst of the mesentery of the small intestinewas found. It was not adjacent to thebowel, but was completely surrounded bythe layers of mesentery. The contentsclosely resembled sebaceous material,though no analysis of the contents wasmade. No calcification was present. Thecyst was enucleated, and the patient madean unc\cntiul recovery. livered three weeks ago in normal manner.When the cord separated, a few days later,small amounts of fecal material began toescape from the umbilical stump.
