English: The ‘Uthman Qur'an is housed in Tashkent in Uzbekistan. This manuscript is also known as the Samarqand manuscript and the Tashkent (Samarqand) Qur'an. Script: Kufic. Part of Sura V, verses 88-9
العربية: من سورة المائدة: لذي أنتم به مؤمنون * لا يؤاخذكم الله باللغو في أيمانكم ولكن يؤاخذكم بما عقدتم الأيمان فكفارته إطعام عشرة مساكين من أوسط ما تطعمون أهليكم أو كسوتهم أو تحرير رقبة فمن لم يجد فصيام ثلاثة أيام
