I feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because: it does not limit the copyright owners rights to sell the film in any way the image was obtained by an approved sources it allows for identification of the Steve Smith character, particularly specific permutation of that appearance, as well as and two of his frequently-appearing supporting characters.
