Français : Théogène François Page (né le 31 mars 1807, à Vitry-le-François - mort à Paris, le 2 février 1867), son père était aubergiste. Sorti de l'École Polytechnique, de la même promotion que Rigault de Genouilly, promotion 1827. Prise d'Alger en 1830. Siège de Saint-Jean-d'Ulloa en 1838. Affaire de la Plata en 1840. contre amiral, fut Gouverneur militaire en Indochine Française.
