Español: Mapa que muestra la proyección que hacían los nahuas de su concepción del mundo y los puntos cardinales. Muestra el concepto de un mundo cuadrado surgido por los puntos de los solsticios de verano e invierno, que forman una cruz; su área nuclear concebida como centro circular se representaba por un jade (chalchihuitl).
Muestra la ubicación de las poblaciones más importantes en el norte, llamado Mictlampa o Teotlalpan. Con triángulos se representan las cabeceras tributarias de la Triple Alianza, con círculos las demás poblaciones. |
