Buenos Aires, 27 de agosto de 2014 - Como parte de la programación del “Año Cortázar 2014: Cien años con Julio” el Ministerio de Cultura de la Nación organiza las Jornadas Internacionales “Lecturas y relecturas de Julio Cortázar”, del 25 al 27 de agosto, en la Sala J. L. Borges de la Biblioteca Nacional, con entrada libre y gratuita. Durante los tres días, más de cuarenta escritores, académicos, periodistas y pensadores argentinos y del mundo debatirán sobre el rol del intelectual en la actualidad, analizarán la obra del autor de Rayuela en sus múltiples aspectos, y trazarán sus vínculos con el cine, el box, la política, la crítica, la traducción y la narrativa actual, entre otros temas.

Se presentó en la mesa de cierre, “El rol del intelectual” con la participación de Noé Jitrik y Carles Álvarez Garriga. Moderó: Telma Luzzani.
