The panel depicts the workship of stupa by a pair of devotees. The drum portion represents kakati Jataka wherein the Garuda king abducts the wife of Bodhisattva from the hermitage, overcoming the obstructions. He is shown trampling one of the ascetics. The dome is decorated with nagabandha and flower motifs.
