Summary

Description	English: Photograph taken in 1929 by Teikō Shiotani (鹽谷定好, 1899–1988) of the monk Kōsen Daigaku (大覺弘宣, 1913–2000) at Kaizō-ji (海蔵寺), a temple in what is now Kotoura, Tottori Prefecture, Japan. Original title: 小坊主座像 (Kobōzu zazō); a title that has since been used consistently for this (and other photographs by Shiotani). In English, it has been titled "Boy priest sitting", "Portrait of seated child priest", and "Portrait of child priest seated". Published in Geijutsu Shashin Kenkyū (藝術寫眞研究 = 芸術写真研究, a long-defunct Japanese photography magazine), September 1929 issue, page 316.
