Description
English: This is the unofficial insignia of the Tank Destroyer Forces during WWII. Modifications on this theme were incorporated into various unit insignia. The "Cat Eating Tank" was officially adopted for use by the US Army by the 3rd. Squadron, 71st. Cavalry Regiment (a.k.a. "Hell Cats").
