English: Tahu Campur or "mixed tofu" is an East Javanese dish, consists of tofu, lettuce, noodles, beansprouts, slices of beef served in beef stew seasoned with petis (a type of shrimp paste), topped with krupuk cracker. Specialty of East Java, especially Surabaya, Lamongan, Sidoarjo, and Gresik area.
Bahasa Indonesia: Tahu Campur adalah hidangan khas Jawa Timur. Terdiri dari tahu, daun selada, mie, taoge, irisan daging sapi yang disajikan dalam rebusan daging sapi yang dibumbui dengan kecap dan petis, ditaburi dengan kerupuk. Makanan khas Jawa Timur, khususnya daerah Surabaya, Lamongan, Sidoarjo, dan Gresik. |
