This image depicts T. R. Subba Rao, a well-known Kannada writer. Obtaining a free image is impossible as the person in the picture is deceased. The copyrights for this image are with Mr.Vikas Kamat of Kamat's Potpourri. Mr Kamat has graciously released rights for use of this image for Wikipedia purposes. He however reserves some rights.
