Description
English: On September 2, 1998, another accident rocked confidence in the aviation system. A Swissair jumbo jet en route from John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York to Geneva, Switzerland with 228 people on board crashed off the southern coast of Nova Scotia late at night while trying to make an emergency landing.
