The American strawberry cake is made with fresh strawberries, butter and soft wheat flour. The cake itself is very tender, aromatic and absolutely delicious. The strawberry cake is iced with a creamy strawberry buttercream with a mild hint of vanilla. Is usually available during spring and summer seasons when strawberries are in season. It is also a beautiful cake!
