This file is in the public domain because 7 images of Swami Vivekananda were taken at Bushnell Studio, San Francisco, California in 1900. Photographer was Frederick Bushnell. Vivekananda handed over these 7 images to his American disciples, one of them was Mrs. Hansbrough. (reference) Though it was proposed, copyright of these images were never acquired by Vedanta Society of California. (reference)
