Svenska: Släpspänne för Sveriges Civilförsvarsförbunds förtjänstmedalj i guld och silver (SCFGM/SM). Före 1951 kallad Sveriges Riksförbund för civilt luftskydd/Riksluftskyddsförbundets förtjänstmedalj (RLSFM).
English: Ribbon bar of the Swedish Civil Defence League Medal of Merit in gold and silver (SCFGM/SM). Before 1951 called the Swedish National Association for Civil Aerial Protection/National Aerial-Protection Association Medal of Merit (RLSFM).
