English: Lunar surface imaged by Surveyor 7. Figure 3-61 of NASA SP-184, caption reads:
FIGURE 3-61.-Angular block 10 cm across, about 3.5 meters from Surveyor VII camera. Two sets of intersecting structures form a pattern on the surface of the block. One set consists of ridges parallel with the edge of one side of the block; the other set consists of short, deep grooves that intersect the first set at an angle estimated to be about 45° (Jan. 11, 1968, 10:11:26 GMT).
