FIGURE 7-41.-The panoramas of the mare areas were quite similar. Although more rocks, hills, and steeper slopes occur north of Tycho, the general morphology is similar to that of the maria. (a) Surveyor I (b) Surveyor III (c) Surveyor V (d) Surveyor VI (e) Surveyor VII.
