English: Annual mean sea surface total alkalinity for the present day (normalised to year 2002) from the Global Ocean Data Analysis Project v2 (GLODAPv2) climatology. Sources are given below. It is plotted here using a Mollweide projection (using MATLAB v2013a). Note that the GLODAPv2 climatology is missing data in certain oceanic provinces including the Arctic Ocean, the Caribbean Sea and certain inland seas.
