| Description |
English: The UltraSPARC T2 CPU is under the big heatsink and directly soldered to the main board. In this image the air duct is lowered and all 16 FB-DIMM slots are populated. Note that this system configuration does not actually work, because all FBDIMMs in the system need to be exactly the same type.
