English: Strouden: Castlepoint This is the site of the Hampshire Centre, an out-of-town shopping centre which opened in 1968 (the clock tower is pictured here: 510690). It was demolished in the late 1990s to make way for Castlepoint. This new centre was opened in 2003 and has seen no end of structural difficulties. See 510651. |
