English: Insignia of the U.S. Navy Reserve Strike Fighter Squadron 203 (VFA-203) "Dolphins". The insignia was approved on 24 October 1974. The squadron continued to use its old insignia approved for VA-203 and did not request a designation change to its banner following its redesignation to VFA-203 on 1 October 1989.
