Though this image is subject to copyright, I feel its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. This is an image created and uploaded for informational purposes only.
2. The image is an accurate scan and includes all of the art created for the front cover
3. This image is of much lower resolution than the original. It cannot be used for high-resolution printing, and any copies made from it will be of inferior quality.
4. Use of this image in the Publication history section of the article The Golden Spiders adds significantly to the article because it visually identifies the only printing of a Nero Wolfe novel that was made to tie in to the Paramount Television series Nero Wolfe (1981). It prominently features a photograph of William Conrad in the starring role, below a headline that reads, "Nero Wolfe is now a major TV series"
5. The copyright owner's rights to reproduce the image are not limited in any way.
