English: Gov. Steve Beshear addresses the crowd in Waterfront Park in Louisville, Ky., on Sept 11, 2011, during the city's 10th anniversary observance of the 9/11 terrorist attacks on the United States. The event also featured comments by Sen. Mitch McConnell, Rep. John Yarmuth and Mayor Greg Fischer; and a two-ship C-130 flyover conducted by members of the Kentucky Air National Guard.
