Română: Descrierea stemei:

Stema județului Ialomița se compune dintr-un scut tripartit tăiat. În primul cartier, pe fond roșu, se află a cahla cu însemnul crucii, din aur. În al doilea cartier, pe fond albastru, un snop de grîu, din aur, plutind pe o apă. În al treilea cartier, un pod negru, cu balustrada din argint, plutind pe o apă vălurită din argint și albastru.

Semnificația elementelor însumate:

Cahla cu cruce, recenta descoperire arheologică, demonstrează că în perioada Evului Mediu în zonă creștinismul era cunoscut; snopul de grâu simbolizează faptul că județul Ialomița a fost și este grânarul țării, fiind folosit drept simbol în vechea stemă a județului din perioada antebelică. Podul simbolizează permanentizarea legăturii economice și social-culturale dintre Transilvania și Dobrogea; apa simbolizează bogăția naturală a județului.

  • (f) simple facts and data.

Also, according to Chapter 10 Article 85 Paragraph 2,

  • The photographs of letters, deeds, documents of any kind, technical drawings and other similar papers shall not benefit from the legal protection accorded to copyright.

Therefore this image is assumed to be in the public domain worldwide, although some of the above categories may be subject to usage restrictions within Romania.
