Foto: Gedenkveranstaltung der Initiative „Köln kann auch anders“. Der Bauingenieur Prof. Stefan Polónyi vertritt dort die Meinung, dass die Errichtung des Besichtigungsbauwerks für die Staatsanwaltschaft überflüssig sei, weil der Einsturz des Archivs „nur durch zu viel Pumpen“ verursacht worden sein könnte (lt. Artikel des Kölner Stadtanzeigers).
