Andrey Vladimirovich Balashov (born 13 June 1957) is a Russian sculptor, a Meritorious Artist of Russian Federation, a full member of Russian Academy of Arts, the author of numerous (more than 100) sculptural artworks installed in Russia and other countries (Armenia, Germany, South Korea etc.)
The stamp of Russia, 15.00 Rubles, 30 June 2012, PTC Marka Catalogue No 1612, Michel No 1845. Coated paper, varnish coating, bronze paste. Offset printing. Perforation: comb 11¼:12. Size of the stamp: 37×50 mm. Print run: 240,000.
