Valery Shumakov[1] (1931–2008), a Soviet and Russian surgeon and transplantologist, a Full Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences and of Russian Academy of Medical Sciences.
There depicted the badge of the Order of St. Andrew on the left.
The stamp of Russia, 15.00 Rubles, 29 June 2012, PTC Marka Catalogue No 1604, Michel No 1836. Coated paper. Offset printing, varnish coating. Perforation: comb 12×11½. Size of the stamp: 50×37 mm. Print run: 440,000.
