Summary

Description Interior of Church of St Paul, Mirfield, West Yorkshire, designed by William Swinden Barber in 1881. Showing black marble font of 1881, designed and commissioned by Barber. It sits on two Dalbeattie granite steps, and has been recently moved from the west end of the church, into the north side chapel area next to the chancel. Close-up to show Arts and Crafts lettering and carving.
