English: St Mary's Church, Ruabon This church, built on a pre-Norman site, was dedicated to St Collen but it was re-dedicated in the 13th century to the Virgin Mary. The tower is 14th C. During the church's restoration in 1870 a 15th C wall painting was discovered, reputed to be the finest medieval wall painting in the country.
