DescriptionSt Chad's church - geograph.org.uk - 763507.jpg
English: St Chad's church This cheeky chappie on the south side of the chancel is one of over a hundred carved heads, figures and creatures, most of which date from the C12th, that decorate the interior of this church.
The west end and much of the exterior of St Chad is a C19th restoration by G Gilbert Scott, but its heart is Norman.
