CBS Corporation and sister company Viacom have split control of most all former Spelling Entertainment product and are assumed to control the Spelling Entertainment logo. CBS Corporation controls the television assets while Viacom controls the motion picture assets. Though a lapse of rights may have occurred, CBS Corporation and Viacom can still lay claim to this company logo as they own its former product.
