Description	English: Maxwell AFB, Ala.– Commandants or Officers in Charge of subordinate units of Space Delta 13 salute the commander Col. Niki Lindhorst during the activation and assumption of command ceremony, Sep. 13, 2021. Vosler Non Commissioned Officer Academy, National Space Security Institute, 13th Delta Operations Squadron, Space Delta 13 Detachments 1 and 2 represent the subordinate units for Space Delta 13. Delta 13 will concentrate on building independent developmental education at the intermediate and senior levels for officers and to further enlisted developmental education through the establishment of the EnlistedCenter of Excellence, and will be located at Maxwell for approximately two academic calendars.
