Summary

Description
English: At the time of this image, monsoonal moisture associated with the remnants of Tropical Depression Norbert was expected to bring excessive rainfall across the Desert Southwest and Great Basin on Monday, bringing a threat of flash flooding across the region. Flash Flood Watches were in effect across the region. This image was taken by GOES West at 1500Z on September 8, 2014. –NOAA Staff
