Description
English: "Aerial photograph looking north above South High street. The lower right portion of the picture features ... the Southern Hotel, 310 South High Street. Near the top left of the picture is the Lazarus Department Store, 141 South High Street, with its bulbous silver water tower on its roof." After the Rhodes Tower was built in 1974. Before the Centrum rink opened in 1979.
