English: Somme Memorial, Moscow Street, Belfast This extravagant memorial to the Battle of the Somme - in which the 36th Ulster Division suffered heavy losses - is sited over what is left of Moscow Street on the Shankill Road. Moscow Street originally consisted of terraces leading up to Riga Street (note the Eastern European theme emerging) - the street has now vanished under Crimea Court, this being all that is left.
