English: Solkadhi is an appetizer mainly made in Konkan region of Maharashtra and State of Goa. It made from squeezing milk of grated coconut , dried Kokum ( Amsul as called locally in Maharashtra) and for flavoring paste of ground garlic, roasted cumin powder and salt are added. It is garnished with Coriander. It is usually accompanied in Fish and rice thalis or Meat thalis, it aids digestion after having heavy meal.
