Summary

Description
English: Author: Devon Ryan (User:dpryan, i.e. me)

I created this using the available human Nav channel sequences and the phylip program. Anyone is free to use/alter/redistribute/whatever it.

This phylogeny is incorrect. Nav1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.7 are sister paralogs, Nav1.5, 1.8, 1.9 are related in sequence and TTX resistance, Nav1.4 is a single node, as well as Nav1.6. Early vertebrates had a single Nav channel on each of four chromosomes, and in the first two families several gene duplications occurred.
