Dr. Philip has been missing since September 10, 2001. As of February 1, 2008 she is legally presumed to have died in the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. She was not a public person prior to her disappearance so there are few extant images of her, none of which are free or likely to become so. Her disappearance and possible death makes it unlikely that any new image can be created. |
