Français : La cascade de Skógafoss est située près du petit village de Skógar, dans le sud de l'Islande. La rivière Skógá se jette de ces falaises formées par les anciennes côtes de l'île, et tombe de 62 mètres en formant une chute d'une largeur de quelque 25 mètres. La chute est l'une des plus célèbres et des plus visitées du pays.
Polski: Wodospad Skógafoss w południowej Islandii, koło miejscowości Skógar, gdzie wody rzeki Skógá spadają z klifu dawnego wybrzeża. Gdy linia brzegowa cofnęła się w kierunku morza (obecnie znajduje się około 5 km od miejscowości Skógar), dawne nadmorskie klify pozostały równoległe do linii brzegowej na przestrzeni setek kilometrów tworząc razem z niektórymi górami wyraźną granicę pomiędzy nadmorskimi nizinami i górami Islandii.
Čeština: Vodopád Skógafoss (Lesní vodopád) na řece Skógaá leží na jihu Islandu poblíž města Skógar. Padá z bývalých pobřežních útesů, které se však dnes nachází asi 5 kilometrů od moře. Útesy se táhnou stovky kilometrů a oddělují pobřeží od Islandské Vysočiny.
Español: Skógafoss es una cascada situada en el recorrido del río Skógá en el sur de Islandia en los acantilados que marcaron el litoral anterior. Tras el retroceso del litoral (actualmente está a una distancia de unos 5 km de Skógar), los antiguos acantilados se extienden paralelos a la costa a lo largo de cientos de kilómetros, creando junto con algunas montañas un límite bien definido entre las tierras bajas costeras y las tierras altas de Islandia.
